The Weaire-Phelan structure represents the most ideal physical form for equally-sized bubbles to pack into.  It replaced Lord Kelvin's model, which was intact for over 100 years.  This is a lamp prototype in honor of these bubble-men.

Giant Fan

A fan whose blades rotate halfway through their revolution, changing the direction of the air they push.   Thus fanning out on one side, while causing a rotational vector on the other, slowly spinning the whole frame.
